Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) – Secretariat

The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) is an economic union of nine countries that serves as a Center of Excellence to ensure the sustainable development of its Member States by supporting their strategic insertion into the global economy and maximizing the benefits accruing from their collective space. Among its responsibilities, the OECS Secretariat promotes the development of export manufacturing and non-traditional agricultural exports. The OECS Secretariat also assists Member States in the formulation and implementation of trade policies and engages with Member States in the negotiation of trade rules and arrangements.
