Lima, December 12, 2020. Given the gradual reopening of tourism and the great enthusiasm for travel, the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism – PROMPERÚ relaunches the international campaign “Dream, then Travel”, in order to maintain the presence of the South American country in force as a tourist destination, reinforcing confidence to generate travel intentions towards 2021 and publicize the implementation of biosafety protocols established by the Peruvian government to world travelers.
The inspirational campaign focuses on the dedication of Peruvians and their commitment to Safe Tourism under the following message: ” Peru is preparing to welcome you again because we also dream of meeting again and we are working to make that moment special”.
The spot of just over a minute makes a parallel between the cultural legacy of Peru and the measures that have been implemented for the tourism sector, where the work and care of Peruvians is shown in every detail, internalizing the commitment to health as part of our culture, to welcome tourists back safely. It also shows cultural expressions, dances and natural landscapes of the coast, mountains, and jungle, as well as our handicrafts and delicious cuisine.
