Yesterday, the Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade, participated in a ministerial panel discussion on the first day of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Global Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Forum.
