Peru’s traditional exports accumulated a value of US$20.5 billion during the first six months of 2021, a figure 25.6% higher than the pre-pandemic level recorded in the same period of 2019, as reported this Saturday by the Central Reserve Bank (BCR).

The issuing agency detailed that only last June this type of exports reached US$3.68 billion, that is, a growth of 77.5% compared to the same period of 2020 and an escalation of 24.5% compared to the sixth month of 2019.
