Ingredient: 100% natural palmyra flower nectar from wildly grown palmyra trees. Form: soft/paste. Taste: sweet and savoury – almost feels like a natural salted caramel. Flavour: fruity and nutty with great depth and a lovely clean finish. Shelf-life: 18 months in warm temperature, 36 months in cool temperature. Storage: in a cool dry place. Away from direct sunlight. Goes great with: beverages (including tea and coffee), desserts, baked goods and other cooking recipes (especially South East Asian foods).
