Molicusco Industries SAC produces natural and healthy foods with Andean grains and fruits (quinoa, amaranth, beans, fava beans, wheat, corn, and others). It was founded in the city of Cusco in 2000 and has its own factory (Latitude 13º 32'1.02" S – Longitude 71º 56'24.34" W) with an annual production capacity of 1,000 TM. Molicusco has machinery and equipment such as silos, extruder lines, machines to select and classify grains, peelers, mills, a fluid bed dryer, packers, etc. The company markets its natural and healthy foods for direct consumption, in addition to supplying other factories and government social programs (with both smaller bags and bulk orders). We utilize both the HACCP and the GMP to produce all of our product lines. Our main products are: fava bean flour, "Facilito" (quinoa, amaranths, wheat, beans, sugar, and cocoa), cooked quinoa flour, quinoa flakes, and amaranths flakes. All of our foods are produced from natural products within our community. Product Lines: •Extruded, cooked and/or toasted flours (mix of chocolate and sugar fortified flour of cereals and leguminous, cooked quinua flour, toasted fava beans flour, amaranth flour, spycy sauces with quinoa, others). •Cereals flakes (quinua flakes, amaranth flakes, oat flakes, barley flakes, etc.) •Fortified mix of cereals and leguminous, others. •Processed cereals in grain (quinoa, amaranth, corn, etc.) •Dehydrated products.
